Industrial reverse osmosis equipment is mainly used for pure water preparation equipment for industrial production water. It can be used for: water production in the optoelectronic industry, water production in the fine chemical industry, water production in the electroplating coating industry, ultra-pure water production in the electronic semiconductor industry, water production in the precision machinery industry, water production in the power plant boiler industry, and replacement of each Distilled water and ultrapure water supply. Reverse osmosis equipment process

Industrial reverse osmosis equipment needs to be configured according to the actual water requirements. Different industries use different water standards. For example, the resistance is divided into 18MΩ.cm, 15MΩ.cm, 10MΩ.cm, 2MΩ.cm, 0.5MΩ.cm, etc. The rate ranges from 20uS/cm to 0.1uS/cm, so different pretreatment systems, single-stage two-stage reverse osmosis processes, post-treatment systems (EDI electric desalination system, polishing mixed bed system, UV sterilization) are required for different standards. , ozone generator, chlorine dioxide, etc.).

3, power plant boiler industry water: in line with national or industry boiler water supply standards (GB1576-79, DL / T561-95), suitable for medium and high pressure boiler hydration water quality requirements. (Super) pure water with a resistivity of 0.5-10 MΩ.cm.

4. Water for fine chemical industry: solvent and cleaning process used in the production and processing of chemical materials; chemical materials used in electronic semiconductors and integrated circuit boards; production, processing and purification of quartz and silicon materials; high-purity ink and fax printers Inkjet, nano ink.

5, electroplating coating industry water: in the electroplating coating industry, in order to increase the surface finish, brightness, adhesion of plating parts, the preparation of electroplating solution requires the use of pure water with conductivity below 15uS / cm -5uS / cm, in addition to plating The rinsing also needs to be cleaned with pure water with a conductivity below 10uS/cm. In addition, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis can also be used to recover precious metal ions in the rinsing liquid, and the infiltrated water is returned for cleaning of the plating parts.

Reverse osmosis membrane cleaning service

Although the reverse osmosis device adopts a reasonable pretreatment system and good operation management, it can only minimize the pollution degree of the reverse osmosis membrane, and it is impossible to completely eliminate the membrane pollution. Therefore, the reverse osmosis device will be contaminated by various trace organic substances and inorganic substances after a period of normal operation. When the membrane is contaminated, there are often obvious symptoms such as the amount of water produced by the reverse osmosis unit, the salt rejection rate, and the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet of the unit. When the water production of the device is reduced by 10% (at the same temperature and pressure), the salt permeation is doubled and the pressure drop is doubled. When one of these three phenomena occurs, chemical cleaning is necessary. Chemical cleaning is also required before the reverse osmosis unit needs to be deactivated for long periods of time. It is worth noting that if the inlet water temperature is lowered, the water production will decrease. This is normal. It does not indicate that the membrane is contaminated. Failures in pretreatment, high pressure, etc. will also result in inlet pressure, influent flow, and water production. The flow rate and the rate of desalination decreased. In chemical cleaning, the first thing to do is to determine the type of contaminant, and then select the appropriate cleaning formulation and cleaning process based on the characteristics of the film. Pay attention to controlling the pH value of the cleaning solution, the temperature and the incoming flow rate of each component. The cleaning effect can be confirmed by comparing the desalination rate, water production and pressure drop of the device before and after cleaning, except for periodic chemical cleaning. After the shutdown, low-pressure and large-flow flushing with pretreated water or reverse osmosis water is effective for reducing the rate of membrane fouling, prolonging the period of chemical cleaning and the service life of the membrane.
