The invention is a kind of "μg/L" and "μg/kg" grade harmful impurities Na+, Fe, which are specifically used for detecting the atomization temperature and is specially used for detecting water and steam systems in thermal power plants and commercial nuclear power plants. A second-order differential flame emission spectrometer with a content of Cu or the like. The core technology is to change the flame atomization temperature by adjusting the oxygen flow rate of the oxygen-enriched air to meet the different atomization temperatures of different ionization energies, and to generate characteristic lines with extremely low flame background interference.

Using the patented technology of "wavelength modulation second-order differential precision grating monochromator", it realizes the rapid scanning of atomic characteristic lines of Na+, Fe, Cu and other elements, and generates and outputs a "second derivative spectrum" of stable characteristic lines. It has a unique function of automatically deducting continuous background interference, which realizes accurate, reliable, stable, fast and convenient measurement of trace elements such as Na+, Fe and Cu. The detection limits of elements such as Na+, Fe and Cu are less than 0.1. The international advanced level of μg/L (Na+).

Each measurement data output by the instrument is an arithmetic mean of the statistical values of 6 parallel measurement data at intervals of 2 seconds, and automatically gives the "uncertainty" data of the standard deviation, relative deviation and measurement result of the measurement result. The instrument provides two calibration methods. The daily analysis adopts “two-point calibration”. The operation is convenient and fast. The accurate measurement and instrument cycle detection can be performed by “five-point calibration” for linear regression operation.

The instrument can intelligently calibrate and directly display the measurement results. After each calibration, the linear regression curve can be displayed and printed, and the “blank measurement element content” of the high purity water used to configure the standard is automatically given.
