Thermal power plants are the main source of emissions of sulphur dioxide. Mainly in the FGD inlet and discharge outlet of the desulfurization equipment, the CEMS system can not only monitor the emission of SO2, NOX, particulate matter and other pollution sources in real time, but also control the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization equipment in real time, improve the optimal control, and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.

At present, more than 90% of the desulfurization of domestic thermal power plants is limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology. For the characteristics of this technology, there are certain differences in the environment of flue gas inlet and outlet.

FGD inlet: SO2 concentration is higher at 1000-3000mg/m3, NOX is between 200-600 mg/m3, soot particles are relatively high at around 100 mg/m3, but the particle diameter is larger >2μm, and the humidity is relatively small. The temperature of the smoke is between 140-180 degrees. The working condition belongs to the condition of high content and low humidity, so it is necessary to do the filtering of the particulate matter, the anti-corrosion treatment of the equipment, the high-temperature gas transmission and the rapid cooling and dehydration method to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. At the same time, due to the difference in coal quality, there may be a small amount of coal tar in the sample gas, and filtration measures should be taken as follows:

1, the measurement range

SO2: 0-5000mg/m3;

NOX :0-1000 mg/m3;

O2:0-25%;

Dust: 0-500 mg/m3;

Temperature: 0~300 degrees Celsius;

Flow rate: 0~40m/s;

Humidity: 0~40%;

Pressure: -5KPa~5Kpa;

2, pretreatment

Heating the probe (temperature 150 degrees);

The probe filter element is 2μm (sampling time is 50 minutes, 0.6Mpa air pressure gas is pulsed backflushing, and the cycle is 2 minutes. The effective data is guaranteed, and the probe is not blocked under high dust);

Constant power heating cable (temperature 130 degrees, reducing temperature difference, SO2 loss)

The second-stage filtration in the cabinet is 1μm and 0.5μm, respectively, to ensure the purity of the sample gas.

All devices that contact the sample gas are made of PVDF.

The pre-pump is added to achieve the sample gas drop of 130 ° C to condense 4 ° C ± 0.1 ° C. The entire process takes less than 5 seconds. Therefore, SO2 can be considered as no loss. The peristaltic pump discharges the condensed water and collects it in the reservoir.

3. Data acquisition DAS system

In accordance with national standards, the full Chinese interface is more convenient to use and operate, including simulation, real-time data, conversion data, accumulated data, curves, history, reports and other display, processing, statistics and storage printing functions are more convenient for users. At the same time, it can increase the automatic zero function of increasing the flow rate, redundancy, network remote monitoring, fault voice alarm, sending SMS, email and other monitoring functions. At the same time, we can increase the desulfurization efficiency conversion, boiler load and other functions according to customer needs!

FGD inlet: SO2 concentration is lower at around 100mg/m3, NOX is between 200-500 mg/m3, soot particles are around 50 mg/m3, humidity is relatively large, and smoke temperature is at 100 degrees. The working condition is a condition of low content and high humidity, so SO2 loss should be avoided while taking off a large amount of water vapor. The probe is heated to 180 degrees, the heating cable is at 150 degrees, the temperature is lowered from 150 ° C to room temperature, and then the temperature is lowered to 4 ° C ± 0.1 ° C through the pump input to the secondary refrigerator. The entire process takes less than 5 seconds. Therefore, SO2 can be considered as no loss. The peristaltic pump discharges the condensed water and collects it in the reservoir.
