The soda water sampling device is used for the continuous continuous sampling of water and steam by the firepower (thermal) electric system, and the chemical analysis and monitoring of the sample by the supporting instrument and the microcomputer to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the generator set, and the device for research and development has been widely used. It is applied to 12MW, 25MW, 30MW, 125MW units and won high praise from users. Three of the major components were awarded the National Patent and the “Innovation and Technology Star Award” issued by the China National Division of the United Nations Technical Information Promotion System.

Main feature:

1. Reasonable system design. The cooling system, decompression system, protection system and sewage system form the core of the device, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the chemical instrument.

2, Clever structure. Adopting the three-coordinate frame structure and obtaining the national patented thermal frame, the wet disc, the X-direction is evenly arranged according to the sampling points, and the pipelines and parts are arranged according to the system design requirements on the YZ plane corresponding to the X-direction of each sampling point. High temperature and high pressure frame features

1. In order to complete the decompression and initial cooling of the high-pressure high-temperature water vapor sample, the high-temperature high-pressure frame is composed of a high-temperature sewage system, a temperature-reducing and decompressing system, and a sample water switching system.

2, including high temperature and high pressure shut-off valve, cooler, buffer high pressure filter, no axial force relief valve and other components. The overall structural design uses a three-coordinate system design principle to coordinate the complex flow chart.

High temperature sewage system features

After the sample water enters the sampling system from the sampling device, one of the sample waters is directly discharged to the high temperature and high pressure sewage main pipe. The high pressure sewage pipe is strictly prohibited from communicating with the low pressure sewage pipe to prevent the high pressure sewage from flowing into the low pressure pipeline. Ensure complete and effective blowdown of the sampling device.

Desuperheating and decompression system features

After the sample water enters the sampling system from the primary door, the other channel flows directly into the swirling and vortex high efficiency barrel cooler through the high temperature and high pressure cut-off valve, so that the sample water temperature is cooled to ≤40 °C, and then the sample water pressure is reduced by the stainless steel pressure reducing valve. Up to 0.5 MPa, while meeting the specified sample water flow requirements.

High temperature and high pressure shut-off valve features

1. Based on the introduction of technology, the company developed a stainless steel stop valve resistant to high temperature and high pressure.

2. The valve body is made of high temperature resistant OCr18Ni12Mo2Ti material, the valve flap is sealed with imported cobalt-based alloy head, special flexible graphite filler and suitable heat treatment method, which solves the intergranular corrosion of stainless steel at high temperature and the same material. A series of problems such as different thermal expansion coefficients between the bite and the thread paying ensure that the valve has good high temperature and high pressure resistance, strong anti-scour ability, long service life and small opening torque.

Pressure reducing valve features

1. Threaded channel type pressure reducing valve has 9 models from GF1 to GF9. The common type is GF8, which is called adjustable thread channel pressure reducing valve. GF9 is called automatic constant current reducing valve, which is suitable for peaking unit ( All obtained national patents).

High efficiency cooler features

The cooler has amazing heat transfer efficiency, far exceeding the traditional cooler by at least two times. For the same conditions, saturated steam or superheated steam-like water, cooling water temperature, pressure, flow, and measured water are Condensed to the same sample flow rate, a swirling, vortex high efficiency cartridge cooler can completely replace the two conventional coolers in series, and the outer shape is only the diameter of the cylinder of φ108 and the length of 400mm. The cooler is not only suitable for high temperature water pipelines, but also reduces the cost of the entire unit. Make it particularly competitive with the same type of products.

2. The spiral tube of the cooler is made of stainless steel tube as a coiled tube. It consists of an inner spiral and an outer spiral double layer, which are installed together in a cylinder. The special technology eliminates the cold coiled tube. Internal stress, life expectancy of more than 5 years.

3. The sample water in the spiral tube inside and outside the cooler exchanges heat in the spiral cooling water, and the sample water in the inner spiral tube exchanges heat in the vortex moving cooling water. The two kinds of cooling water are skillfully matched in one cooler. In the middle of the flow, it is clear that the cooler has very good forced convection heat transfer performance, and this feature can make its corresponding structural size small, so that the water vapor sampling device does not sample the number of large-capacity thermal power units. The increase of the water vapor quality monitoring parameters of each channel leads to a large increase in the volume of the entire device, and also reduces the amount of maintenance and maintenance. For the general need to reduce the temperature by more than two coolers, our company can meet the requirements with only one TR4 cooler. The cooler has been widely used in many power plants for many years and is well received.

Main features of the thermostat

The thermostat is designed and manufactured according to the principle of secondary heat exchange. The sample water continuously passes through the spiral tube of the cooler. The refrigerant water passes through the circulating pump of the device to enter and exit the cooler to cool the sample water. To ensure the same outlet temperature of each sample water, The inlet and outlet temperature of each cooling water is the same. Each inlet and outlet of the cooling water is equipped with a ball valve. The outlet temperature of the sample water can be adjusted by adjusting the flow rate of the refrigerant water. At the same time, the temperature of the circulating water pump can make the temperature of the refrigerant water in the evaporator water tank uniform without stirring. . The device can also be equipped with a heating system if required by the user.
