Application field

The total lead online analyzer is used for on-line automatic continuous analysis and detection of total lead in industrial wastewater, surface water, drinking water, seawater and industrial production process control.

Main feature

★ Unique design makes this product have lower failure rate, lower maintenance, lower reagent consumption and higher cost performance than similar products.

★Optical components: Select the dual beam that is rarely used in domestic online monitoring instruments, and the detection is not affected by various environmental factors. Automatically correct system errors and improve instrument measurement accuracy, stability and repeatability.

★ Select valve components: imported components from the United States, Japan or Germany. The international mainstream fluid components have a smaller dead volume and simpler operation.

★ Metering component: Accurate metering of reagents through visible photoelectric system, which overcomes the quantitative error caused by wear of peristaltic pump tube; at the same time, it realizes accurate quantification of trace reagents, only 1 - 5 ml per dose, greatly reducing reagents Usage amount.

★ Injection assembly: peristaltic pump suction, there is always an air buffer between the reagent and the pump tube to avoid corrosion of the pump tube.

★ Sealed digestion component: high temperature and high pressure digestion system accelerates the reaction process and overcomes the corrosion of corrosive gases in the open system.

★ Reagent tube: It adopts imported modified PTFE transparent hose with a diameter of more than 1.5mm, which reduces the probability of water sample clogging.

★Signal processing: The instrument adopts the imported high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chip, which greatly enhances the scalability of the core board, can adapt to a variety of use environments, and makes the operation of the instrument easier and more user-friendly.

★ Temperature control: The imported temperature measuring component is used to form a precise temperature control system, and the temperature compensation technology is adopted to overcome the influence of temperature drift and ensure that the sample reaction conditions are more in line with the requirements.

★ Software advantages

1. The entire software system framework and external facilities of the instrument make human-computer interaction easier and the function application is more perfect;

2. For different water quality at special sites, the pollution caused by the instrument measurement process can be set from time to time, which greatly reduces the instrument failure rate caused by this problem and makes the measurement data more accurate;

3. The instrument has automatic calibration mode. After automatic calibration, the instrument returns to the automatic mode and runs according to the user-set parameters. It does not require full monitoring by the staff, greatly reducing maintenance time and improving maintenance efficiency.

4. The instrument measurement water sample is divided into online mode (ie automatic mode) and offline mode (ie manual mode). In the offline mode, the calibration tube is used for measurement. It is not necessary to take the water sample tube out of the sampling port or the sampling cup, which makes maintenance more convenient. ;

5, the instrument can store 200,000 pieces of data, and the data can be exported by one button;

The main technical parameters

★ Measurement range: 0-0.5 mg/L (can be expanded according to actual conditions)

★ Accuracy: ±10%

★ Repeatability: ±10%

★ Measurement period: measurement period ≥ 30 minutes

★ Sampling period: time interval (arbitrarily adjustable from 20 to 9999min) and hourly measurement mode.

★ Calibration period: 1 to 99 days can be adjusted at any time.

★ Maintenance period: usually once a month, about 30 minutes each time.

★ Output: RS-232, RS485, 4-20mA, 0-5V

★ Environmental requirements: indoor temperature adjustable, recommended temperature +5 ~ 28 ° C; humidity ≤ 90% (no condensation).

★ Power: AC230±10%V, 50±10%Hz, 5A.

★ Size: height 1500 × width 550 × depth 450mm.

★ Others: Abnormal alarms and power outages will not lose data. Touch screen display and command input. After abnormal reset and incoming call after power failure, the instrument automatically discharges residual reactants and automatically resumes working condition.

Lead related background

Source of lead pollution

Lead is a heavy metal. The mass is the heaviest and toxic in metal. Among all known toxic substances, there is a lot of lead in the book. There are records in the ancient books that it is dangerous to use lead pipes to transport drinking water.

The industrial pollution of lead comes from mining wastewater and waste such as mining, smelting, rubber production, dyes, printing, ceramics, lead glass, solder, cables and lead pipes. In addition, tetraethyl lead in automobile exhaust is a highly toxic substance. When the water is contaminated by lead (Pb 0.3-0.5 mg/L), the self-purification effect of water is obviously inhibited. When the water is 2 to 4 mg/L, the water is cloudy.

Lead hazard

5 to 10% of the lead that enters the digestive tract after drinking water or food is absorbed by the body. The lead inhaled into the lungs through the respiratory tract has an absorption deposition rate of 30 to 50%. In addition to the respiratory and digestive tract, tetraethyl lead can also invade the body through the skin. 90 to 95% of the lead invading the body forms poorly soluble lead phosphate [Pb3(PO4)2], which is deposited on the bones and the rest is excreted through the excretory system. The levels of blood lead and urine lead in the human body can reflect the absorption of lead in the body. When the blood lead content is more than 80 micrograms per 100 milliliters (normally less than 40 micrograms per 100 milliliters) and the urinary lead content is greater than 80 micrograms per liter (normally less than 50 micrograms per liter), it is considered that the lead in the body is excessively absorbed. Lead accumulated in bones can become lead soluble hydrogen phosphate when it encounters overwork, trauma, fever, infectious disease, calcium deficiency or acid-alkaline drugs, causing blood acid-base balance to change. (PbHPO4) enters the bloodstream, causing endogenous lead poisoning. Lead mainly damages the bone marrow hematopoietic system and the nervous system, and also has certain damage to the male gonads. The hematopoietic system is mainly caused by anemia, which is caused by the interference of lead in the synthesis of heme. Another cause of lead-induced anemia is hemolysis. There is an adenosine triphosphatase on the normal erythrocyte membrane. This enzyme controls the distribution of potassium, sodium and water inside and outside the erythrocyte membrane. When this enzyme is inhibited by lead, the distribution of potassium, sodium ions and water inside and outside the red blood cell membrane is out of control, and the potassium ions and water in the red blood cells are lost, resulting in hemolysis.

Lead damage to the nervous system is caused by peripheral neuritis, which occurs with motor and sensory disturbances. In addition, lead flows into the brain tissue with blood, impairs the cells of the cerebellum and cerebral cortex, interferes with metabolic activities, and causes insufficient supply of nutrients and oxygen, causing swelling of small capillary endothelial cells in the brain, and then developing into diffuse brain damage. People who are exposed to low concentrations of lead often have headaches, dizziness, fatigue, memory loss and insomnia when blood lead reaches 60-80 micrograms per 100 milliliters, often accompanied by symptoms of digestive system such as loss of appetite, constipation, and abdominal pain.

Children's brains are more sensitive to lead pollution than adults. Lead in the atmosphere can have adverse effects on children's mental development and behavior. Intelligent developmental disorders and behavioral abnormalities occur when children's blood lead exceeds 60 micrograms per 100 milliliters. Lead can also cause damage to the growth and development of children's bones. For example, it can increase the density of calcification zone, increase the width and narrow the osteophyte line. Lead can also invade the fetal body and brain tissue through the maternal placenta.

Lead measurement principle

In certain environments, lead reagents and lead ions form stable complexes under heated conditions, spectrophotometrically measured at a fixed wavelength, and lead content measured by absorbance.
