Main feature
1. High measurement accuracy, free from background gas cross interference.
2. The tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technique is used to measure the gas. The infrared tunable laser is used as the light source to emit a laser beam of a specific wavelength, pass through the gas to be tested, and convert the optical signal into an electrical signal through the receiving end of the detector. Analyze the laser light intensity attenuation caused by the absorption of the measured gas, and realize the self-sensitive and rapid and accurate monitoring of the gas concentration to be measured. Since the laser spectrum is particularly narrow (small τ at 0.001 nm) and emits only a specific wavelength absorbed by the gas to be measured, the measurement is not disturbed by other components in the measurement environment.

The analysis method of the detachable bypass measurement adopts the whole process of high temperature heat tracing, which effectively ensures that the temperature of the corrosive sample gas is higher than the acid dew point, and the contact parts are protected from corrosion.
